His toolkit spans financial modeling, marketing and SEO, and audio/video production. A husband and father, family is his cornerstone; off the clock he enjoys tennis, golf, fishing, and sports.

Ryan brings over 10 years of experience across real estate investment, buying and selling properties for himself and his clients. Representing investors of every kind fueled his passion for non-traditional financing and a deep background in underwriting and deal execution. A serial networker with contacts around the country — and a few around the globe — he taps every avenue to find the solution that benefits everyone he works with. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife and dog.

Koby focuses on delivering a streamlined, transparent loan origination experience for every client. With a strong banking background, he’s known for client relations and guiding borrowers confidently through complex financial decisions. Experience across IT, telecom sales, and logistics gives him a versatile, multifaceted approach grounded in honesty, integrity, efficiency, and accountability. Outside work he enjoys basketball, tennis, working on cars, and gaming.

A Louisville native, Adam brings deep financial expertise to Clontz Capital. After earning bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance, he spent years as a cost specialist at some of the bourbon industry’s most storied distilleries, learning to focus on the details and deliver data-driven results. He then moved into the investor space, advising high-net-worth individuals and businesses on placing and growing their assets — earning his Series 7 license along the way. Today he guides clients step by step through lending and is an avid resource on real estate investing. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife, daughter, and two golden retrievers.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Daiana brings over three years of international experience in administrative support, customer service, and logistics. She excels with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and bilingual English–Spanish communication, handling complex documentation with precision under pressure. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in English at Fasta University, she’s driven by efficient, client-focused solutions — and enjoys creative digital projects, photography, and cultural exchange.

She’s completing the Certified Translation Program at the University of Buenos Aires Law School, sharpening her skills in organizing and validating complex documentation under strict frameworks. Outside work she enjoys reading fiction, marathon training, and continuous learning.

Based in Buenos Aires, Agustina is an administrative and marketing support professional with experience in customer service, operational coordination, and support for commercial and creative teams in international settings. She brings strengths in organization, bilingual Spanish–English communication, and efficient management of digital tools, CRM systems, and data processes — from database management to campaign coordination and AI-driven workflow optimization.

Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Valentina blends language expertise with detail-oriented document management. A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires School of Law with a degree in Certified Translation (English–Spanish), she brings a strong foundation in legal documentation, research, and precision work — handling sensitive information and complex processes with accuracy and compliance. Fluent in English and Spanish, she excels at clear communication across diverse stakeholders.
